Another deep, but understandable prejudice by the adults was the way they considered Boo Radley. Scout created in her mind a vision of a monster for this recluse, ‘it’s because he wants to stay inside. It also reveals an attempt to get rid of these feelings in Maycomb by a community hero, Atticus Finch, and his children who have a strong desire to follow in his footsteps. Underneath another event in the novel the snowman has significant symbolism along with the constant referrals to the title and main reference, the sin of killing a mockingbird. Symbolism makes this novel so very appropriate, essentially what it is about. Without having any type of symbolism, the novel would not be nearly as complete and educational, as many readers love about it.

I interpreted from this statement, that for Sun Tzu, the idea behind leadership was such relationships, strategies, and the dynamism which assists in aligning a vision which is shared by the people and might also demand those aligned to act in such a way which may go beyond their personal self interest. The definition provided in the book also realizes the mutual vibrancy that the followers and leader share in understanding the mutual vision and goal. Both have equal participation and thus, equal share in the risks and benefits in its pursuit. Thus, in my view, strategic business leadership is the management of people with a view which corresponds with providing a direction to the followers which is exactly aligned to the organizational goals and objectives.
